The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The freshly fried chicken was juicy. The staff kept the place clean by constantly wiping it down.
Awesome experience in the chicken eating game!!! Fresh chicken tenders that were cooked I just right!!! The service was super quick and friendly and the restaurant was super clean all over. Way to go!!!👍🏻😄

A huge thank you and shoutout to Trang + the Pho Please team. She’s always busting her a** to make sure guests are taken care of and online orders are out quick every time we’re here. Her attention to detail of how long people have been waiting for their pick up orders are incredible; square had messed up our online order and they were suuuper busy that night (like most nights) but she took great care of us, made up for our online order not going through, and got us out there QUICK. Highly recommend.

The food: I ordered the beef brisket pho and boy oh boy was it phenomenal. The broth was great, with a delicious flavor mix and just a slight hint of sweetness, well executed pho broth. The noodles were plentiful and very good, no issues with breaking up, mushyness, or any of the things that can go wrong with rice noodles. Absolutely wonderful. The beef was perfectly cooked and integrated into the pho, and there was enough to last through the whole meal. After eating it, I genuinely felt really good. The meal left me happy and satisfied. I tried a bite of my brother's short ribs on vermicelli and it was also delicious. The shop: you walk in and the place smells amazing. It's easy to go up to the counter and get your order in, then grab a number from the cashier and soon they bring you a fantasic meal. Comfortable seating with enough room, and the space was clean and welcoming. The service: the counter service and the people who bring your food are all absolutely great, I felt welcomed and appreciated and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience from great people. Highly recommend you try this place before it gets so popular that you need reservations.

People rave about this pastor, but I was surprised when I discovered it was actually really dry and chewy, one of the worst I've tried in Austin honestly. I'm guessing it used to actually be great but the quality got worse over time. However, I went back with a friend who wanted to try, and that time I got a chile rellenos burrito and tried some quesobirria. These were a lot better than the pastor and actually decent!

Visited this past Monday and let me just say the barista, I think their name is David, was outstanding. Made me feel very welcomed and made my drink just the way I liked it. Other starbucks usually mess up my drink but David crafted it perfectly!!! Hand my drink off with a perfect smile!! Definitely coming back!
